How do I create an account?


To create an account click on the "Register" link located at the top right of the website header. Once you have clicked on the link you will be taken to a "Login/Register" page where you can login as a returning customer or create an account as a new customer.

How do I login to an existing account?


To login to an existing account click on the "Login" link located at the top right of the website header. Once you have clicked on the link you will be taken to a "Login/Register" page where you can login as a returning customer or create an account as a new customer.

How do I update my account password?


To update your account password you must be logged into the AutoShack website. Once you are logged in click on the "My Account" link located at the top right of the page. From the drop-down click on the "Update Your Password" link under the "Settings" title. From the update your password page you will then be asked to enter your current password, new password and confirm your new password.

How do I update my account email?


To update your account email you must be logged into the AutoShack website. Once you are logged in click on the "My Account" link located at the top right of the page. From the drop-down click on the "Profile Information" link under the "Settings" title. From the profile information page, you can then click on the "Change Address" link beside your current email address. After clicking the link you will be asked to enter your new email address and confirm your new email address.

How do I set my email preferences?


To set your email preferences you must be logged into the AutoShack website. Once you are logged in click on the "My Account" link located at the top right of the page. From the drop-down click on the "Email Preferences" link under the "Settings" title. From the email preferences page, you can then set your email preferences for our newsletter and various subscriptions including billing communication, marketing, newsletters, product updates, and surveys.

How do I update my profile information?


To update your profile information you must be logged into the AutoShack website. Once you are logged in click on the "My Account" link located at the top right of the page. From the drop-down click on the "Profile Information" link under the "Settings" title. From the profile information page, you can update your name, phone number and, email address.

How do I update my shipping address?


To update your shipping address you must be logged into the AutoShack website. Once you are logged in click on the "My Account" link located at the top right of the page. From the drop-down click on the "Address Book" link under the "Settings" title. From the address book page, you can add a new address, update an existing address or remove an existing address. You can also assign your addresses as residential, default billing and default shipping addresses.

How do I update my payment options?


To update your payment options you must be logged into the AutoShack website. Once you are logged in click on the "My Account" link located at the top right of the page. From the drop-down click on the "Credit Cards" link under the "Settings" title. From the credit cards page, you can add a new credit card, update any existing card information or remove a card from your account.

What is my garage?


My Garage allows you to add, remove and assign primary vehicles to your online profile. You can then use these vehicles during your part search by selecting them from the "From My Garage" drop-down located in the "Select Your Vehicle" box. To access my garage you need to be logged into the AutoShack website. Once you are logged in click on the "My Account" link located at the top right of the page. From the drop-down click on the "My Garage Information" link under the "My Garage" title.

Can I view my purchase history?


Yes, you can view/review your purchase history. To view your purchase history you must be logged into the AutoShack website. Once you are logged in click on the "My Account" link located at the top right of the page. From the drop-down click on the "Purchase History" link under the "Purchases" title. From the purchase history page, you can then filter between open and all purchases. You can also filter by start date, end date and sort by date, number and amount.

Is it possible to re-order items?


Yes, it is possible to re-order items. To re-order items you must be logged into the AutoShack website. Once you are logged in click on the "My Account" link located at the top right of the page. From the drop-down click on the "Reorder Items" link under the "Purchases" title. From the reorder items page you can then filter your reordered items by 15, 30, 60, 90 or 180 days. You can also sort your reordered items by frequency purchased, most recently purchased, price and name.

How do I view my invoices?


You can view your invoices under your transaction history. To view your transaction history you must be logged into the AutoShack website. Once you are logged in click on the "My Account" link located at the top right of the page. From the drop-down click on the "Transaction History" link under the "Billing" title. From the transaction history page, you can then use the available filter to select "show invoices" from the selection drop-down.

What is my wish list?


When shopping on AutoShack you have the option from a product page to add products to your wish-list. The wish-list saves your items for purchase at a later date or time. This is done by clicking on the "Add to Wish-list" button located under the "Add to Cart" button. When you click "Add to Wish-list" you will have the option to add your item to an existing list or create a new list for your item. When you are ready you can then push your wish-list items to your cart. To see your wish-list items you must be logged into the AutoShack website. Once you are logged in click on the "My Account" link located at the top right of the page. From the drop-down click on the "All my list" link or click on one of your pre-saved list links under the "Wish-list" title. From the my wish-list page you can create new lists, add current lists to your cart, edit current lists and delete lists.

Can I see a transaction history?


Yes, you can view your transaction history. To view your transaction history you must be logged into the AutoShack website. Once you are logged in click on the "My Account" link located at the top right of the page. From the drop-down click on the "Transaction History" link under the "Billing" title. From the transaction history page, you can then filter by start and end date. You can also filter record types by credit memos, payment, deposit, deposit application, invoices, and cash receipts.

Can I print a statement?


Yes, you can print a statement. To print a statement you must be logged into the AutoShack website. Once you are logged in click on the "My Account" link located at the top right of the page. From the drop-down click on the "Print a Statement" link under the "Billing" title. From the print a statement page, you can select the statement date and the optional start date. There is also the option to email the statement by clicking the "Email" button.

Is it possible to open a support case?


Yes, you can open a support case. To open a support case you must be logged into the AutoShack website. Once you are logged in click on the "My Account" link located at the top right of the page. From the drop-down click on the "Submit New Case" link under the "Cases" title. From the submit new case page simply enter a subject, select the type of inquiry and enter a detailed message regarding your case.

What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?


You can go to the My Account Page on our site and request a new password. An email will be sent to the email address you registered with.
