Do you have gift cards?


Yes, we have gift cards, you can purchase them in $100, $200 and $500 values.

I received a gift card how do I use it?


If you've received a gift card you can use it at checkout to pay for your purchases. During checkout select, the "Apply a Gift Certificate" drop-down and enter the amount you would like to apply from your card.

How do I send a gift card?


When you click the "Add Details" button under your desired gift card you will be taken to the detailed product page. From the product page, you can enter who the card is from, recipient's name, recipient's email and a message to the recipient. Once you have filled in the gift card information click the "Add to Cart" button to add the gift card to your cart. Once the card is purchased the recipient will receive an email with the authentication code they will use to apply the gift certificate to an order.

How do I purchase a gift card?


A gift card can be purchased like any other item on the site. From the products listing page select the gift card with the amount that you would like to send ($100, $200 or $500) then click the "Add Details" button to advance to the product page. From the product page, you can enter who the card is from, recipient's name, recipient's email and a message to the recipient. Once you have filled in the gift card information click the "Add to Cart" button to add the gift card to your cart.

How do see what is remaining on my gift card?


When you select a gift certificate for payment, you can enter the amount you want to apply from that gift certificate and see the remaining credit amount.

Do the gift cards expire?


No, the gift cards do not expire. You can use the gift card on purchases until the gift card amount is $0.

What are my payment options?


AutoShack accepts all major debit and credit cards. You can also use PayPal to pay for purchases.

How do I update my credit card information?


To update your payment options you must be logged into the AutoShack website. Once you are logged in click on the "My Account" link located at the top right of the page. From the drop-down click on the "Credit Cards" link under the "Settings" title. From the credit cards page, you can add a new credit card, update any existing card information or remove a card from your account.

My card has expired what do I do?


If your card has expired you can either add a new card or update your existing card. To update your payment options you must be logged into the AutoShack website. Once you are logged in click on the "My Account" link located at the top right of the page. From the drop-down click on the "Credit Cards" link under the "Settings" title. From the credit cards page, you can add a new credit card, update any existing card information or remove a card from your account.

Do you have promo/savings codes?


We currently are not offering any promo or savings codes.

How do I get a receipt of my purchases?


When you make a purchase on AutoShack you will be sent a confirmation by email. You can also view your receipt under your transaction history. To view your transaction history you must be logged into the AutoShack website. Once you are logged in click on the "My Account" link located at the top right of the page. From the drop-down click on the "Transaction History" link under the "Billing" title. From the transaction history page, you can then use the available filter to select "Show Cash Receipts" from the selection drop-down.
