How do I find parts that will fit my vehicle?
From the AutoShack homepage enter your vehicle's year, make, model, trim and engine into the “Select Your Vehicle” box located on the left side of the page to confirm that the parts you search will fit your vehicle. You may also click the “Find Parts by Make” link located in the header and you will be prompted to select a make, model and year.
If you do not know your vehicle's year, make, model, trim or engine you can also search by entering your vehicle's VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) into the “Select Your Vehicle” box under “VIN Lookup”. To learn more about decoding and locating your VIN click here.
Once you have found your desired product from your MMY search it is important for further verification that you check the fitment information located on the product details page. The fitment table will verify the location and vehicle fit of the product.
Do you have customer ratings or reviews?
All products on the AutoShack website can be reviewed by our customers. These reviews can be helpful when making a purchase so other customers can share their experience with the product. You can leave or read a review from the product page by clicking on the “Write a Review” button.
How do I add products to my cart?
There are two ways you can add a product to your cart:
- From the product listing page click the “Add to Cart” button that appears under the listing on the right side of the page.
- From the product details page click the “Add to Cart” button located on the right-hand side of the page.
How do I modify my order?
You can modify your order in the following ways…
Once you have added a product to your order you can add more products by clicking the “Continue Shopping” button.
You can change the quantity of a product either from the product listing page, the product details page, the shopping cart page or during the checkout process. To change the quantity simply increase or decrease the number in the provided quantity box. Your Order Summary will reflect the updated quantity.
Delete or Remove Products:
From the shopping cart page or during the checkout process you can click the “remove” link shown under each product. This will remove the product from your cart and this update will be reflected in your order summary.
Can I use a promotional code?
From the shopping cart page and during the checkout process you have the option to enter a promotional code if one has been provided. To enter your promotional code click to expand the box labeled “Have a Promo Code?” located below the Order Summary box. Once the box is expanded enter your provided promotional code into the text field provided and click the “Apply” button. Once the promo is applied you will see the promo reflected in the Order Summary box above.
Why are AutoShack prices so much lower than my local store or dealership?
AutoShack By selling directly to the consumer there is no middleman and we pass those savings on to you.
I can’t find a part on your site?
Our website is currently designed to only show items we sell and have in stock. Depending on your vehicle we may have 50 parts available or 5. If you do not see what you are looking for on our site we currently don’t sell it. To get a better idea of what items we do sell please scroll over the "All Categories" title located near the top left of your screen.
We are direct from the manufacturer to consumer business our prices are already as low and competitive as they can be. For this reason, all of our customers receive the same price.
For payment options – because we deal directly with customers we do not supply credit accounts or operate with Account Receivable. Our Accepted Payment Methods are listed at the bottom of our website.
Can I estimate the tax and total?
From the shopping cart page and during the checkout process you have the opportunity to estimate the tax and total by entering your zip or postal code. To estimate your tax and total click to expand the box labeled “Estimate Tax and Total” located in the Order Summary box. Once the box is expanded enter your zip or postal code and click the “Estimate” button. Once the estimate is applied you will see the updated zip/postal code along with the estimated shipping and tax reflected in the Order Summary box.
How do I place an order?
To place your order you can click the “Checkout” or “Proceed to Checkout” buttons from the following locations.
- From the website header click the cart icon located at the top right of the page. Once the cart icon is clicked click the “Checkout” button at the bottom of the expanded box.
- From your Shopping Cart page click the “Proceed to Checkout” button located under the Order Summary box.
How do I create an account?
Once you have decided to Checkout or Proceed to Checkout you will have the option to login as a returning customer, create an account or checkout as a guest. To create an account simply click on the “Create Account” button. Once you have clicked on the button fill in the text fields provided. Once this information is entered click the “Create Account” button.
How do I check my order status?
To view your order status click on the “Order Status” link provided in either the website header or the website footer or simply click here.
How do your auto parts compare with competitors?
Our parts are as good as or better than our competitors. They are a direct fit and designed for vehicle-specific applications for an easy and hassle-free installation. We have been in the auto parts industry for over 30 years and pride ourselves on the knowledge and experience we’ve gained.
When will you be getting more stock or new products?
We are constantly replenishing stock and adding new items to our inventory. Check back regularly on out of stock items.

What type of warranty do you offer?
AutoShack hereby warrants, to the original purchaser, that all auto parts & accessories contained in the original packaging against any defects in material and workmanship. All parts sold by AutoShack are brand new, serviceable, and functional. If an auto part is found to be defective within six months* from the original date of purchase AutoShack shall, at its discretion, provide a one-time replacement part.
*Tonneau Covers, wheel spacers, and fuel pumps are covered by a 90-day warranty. Gaskets, filters, knives, gloves, and wheel lugs do not come with any warranty.

Is your website secure?

What is your return policy?
All items purchased through AutoShack within 30 days of invoice date that have not been installed can be returned for a refund. Please go to your "Purchase History" and click on the order you would like to return. On the right-hand side the return options will be available for you to follow.
Do Not ship product to AutoShack without first contacting AutoShack for Approval. Any unauthorized returns will be declined. The declined products will be discarded.
AutoShack reserves the right to refuse a refund on any order returned.

Why do I keep getting redirected to your .com/.ca website when I try to register online?
In order to properly apply any required taxes or tariffs, our .com website is exclusive to US customers and our .ca website is for Canadian customers only.
What is your cancellation policy?
Outside Customer Service Hours:
Please note – orders placed outside of our customer service department hours cannot be cancelled as our customer service team is not available to cancel the order. Orders placed outside of Customer Service Hours are sent directly to our fulfilment center to be packaged and shipped.
Contact Center Hours:
Monday - Friday: 9:30 am - 6 pm EST
Saturday: 10 am - 6 pm EST
During Contact Center Hours:
For the first 60 minutes after the order is placed, buyers can cancel their order by calling our customer service department at 1(866) 990-3871. After 60 minutes your order is too far along in the shipping process to cancel it.
