Return Policy

All items purchased through AutoShack within 30 days of invoice date that have not been installed can be returned for refund. Please go to your "Purchase History" and click on the order you would like to return. On the right-hand side the return options will be available for you to follow.

Do Not ship product to AutoShack without first contacting AutoShack for Approval. Any unauthorized returns will be declined. Declined product will be discarded.

Customers who return items without a Return Authorization number and AutoShack’s Approval are not eligible for Credit Card and Paypal Chargeback Claims.

AutoShack reserves the right to refuse refund on any order returned.

Refund Payment Method:

For Safety & Security AutoShack will only issue refunds to customers original payment method. No exceptions. If order was placed through seller marketplaces Amazon, eBay, and Walmart; refund will only be processed through those channels. Orders placed through AutoShack’s website or our Customer Service Department will only be refunded to the payment method used when placing the order.

Refund Instead of Warranty:

Refunds on purchased items instead of warranty is not permitted. Items are eligible for a warranty replacement only. Refunds will ONLY be issued in the event a replacement is not in stock.

Return Shipping Cost:

Return Shipping is customers responsibility if customer entered incorrect vehicle fitment and / or did not review the fitment chart below the product description prior to purchase.
Unless otherwise specified by our staff, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of the product. Return shipping will not be reimbursed.

Returned Product Condition:

Any product damaged / marked / wrecked / painted during installation cannot be returned for refund. Only parts that are in a condition where they can be put back on the shelf and resold will be accepted for return. Before attempting installation of product please match and confirm parts ordered are correct. If parts are returned in a condition in which they cannot be resold as new a 20% restocking fee will be applied to your refund.

Due to our restock process all items marked as damaged are scrapped immediately after inspection. AutoShack will not return any parts back to customers that were marked as damaged. By purchasing through AutoShack customer has acknowledged and agreed to this policy.

Pair & Bundle Listings:

Purchased pairs & bundles may only be returned as a complete bundle. Partial returns of pairs & bundles is not permitted.


Once logged into your account go to "My Account" and "Submit New Case" in the top-right menu. Once under "Submit New Case" select the appropriate "Type of inquiry". Enter your order number from the original receipt as well as your name. Leave us details about your defect and click "Submit".

Additional Costs

AutoShack will not refund any labor costs incurred by you or the installer of the products purchased at this website. Furthermore, we are not responsible for towing expenses, rental car expenses, or other additional costs for any reason.

Damaged Products

Damaged products follow the same return process. Please indicate "Received Damaged Product" and include details. Please include your Order Number on all correspondence.
