AutoShack Policies

Returns


All items purchased through AutoShack within 30 days of invoice date that have not been installed can be returned for a refund. Please go to your "Purchase History" and click on the order you would like to return. On the right-hand side the return options will be available for you to follow.


Do Not ship product to AutoShack without first contacting AutoShack for Approval. Any unauthorized returns will be declined. The declined products will be discarded.


AutoShack reserves the right to refuse a refund on any order returned.

Privacy Policy


AutoShack recognizes your right to confidentiality and is committed to protecting your privacy. We are the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. AutoShack collects information from our visitors at several different points on our website.

Returning of a Pair


Items that are sold in pairs can only be returned and warrantied in pairs. This includes brake rotors, performance brake rotors, and shocks. Singles of these items will not be accepted for return.

Pricing


We are direct from the manufacturer to consumer business our prices are already as low and competitive as they can be. For this reason, all of our customers receive the same price.


For payment options – because we deal directly with customers we do not supply credit accounts or operate with Account Receivable. Our Accepted Payment Methods are listed at the bottom of our website.

Email Policy


AutoShack does not sell or rent our customers’ personal email information to any other party. However, in the normal course of business, we may share some of your personal information within our corporate family and with third parties acting on our behalf or as permitted or required by applicable law.

Warranty Information


AutoShack hereby warrants, to the original purchaser, that all auto parts & accessories contained in the original packaging against any defects in material and workmanship. All parts sold by AutoShack are brand new, serviceable, and functional. If an auto part is found to be defective within six months* from the original date of purchase AutoShack shall, at its discretion, provide a one-time replacement part.


*Tonneau Covers, wheel spacers, and fuel pumps are covered by a 90-day warranty. Gaskets, filters, knives, gloves, and wheel lugs do not come with any warranty.

Cancellation Policy


Outside Customer Service Hours:
Please note – orders placed outside of our customer service department hours cannot be cancelled as our customer service team is not available to cancel the order. Orders placed outside of Customer Service Hours are sent directly to our fulfilment center to be packaged and shipped.


Contact Center Hours:
Monday to Friday from 8:00 am - 9:00 pm EST
Saturday from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST
Sunday from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST


During Contact Center Hours:
For the first 60 minutes after the order is placed, buyers can cancel their order by calling our customer service department at 1(866) 990-3871. After 60 minutes your order is too far along in the shipping process to cancel it.

Packages


Because our packages are priced at a discount from the single item sale price individual pieces from a package are not eligible for return for a refund. The whole package must be returned. Individual pieces are eligible for the warranty but not return.

Shipping & Delivery


AutoShack offers free shipping on all purchases. Our 100,000 sq ft auto parts warehouse is conveniently located to provide cost-effective and competitive shipping rates to our customers.

Security Policy


AutoShack uses a secure socket layer (SSL) on all online orders. This protects and encrypts your personal information before it travels over the Internet. Information such as your name, address and credit card number cannot be seen or stolen while being transferred over phone lines. AutoShack uses cutting edge security technology for secure on-line transactions. Buying discount auto parts on-line from AutoShack is extremely safe, secure and accurate - we'll stake our well-earned reputation on it.

Refund Policy


AutoShack will replace any defective auto parts. Please visit our Returns Policy Page for full details.

Price Match


Autoshack does not have a price match program. Our prices are set on a daily basis to be the most competitive for our customers. There will be times when an order is placed and the following day (or later) the price will be available at a lower price. Once an order is finalized that is the final sale price. AutoShack will not return a difference in price. Parts and Packages also will not be returned and refunded then resold at the lower price. We will take back the package and refund the customer order but a new sale will not be made.
